Where is the zero star button? This is beyond awful. Filthy, no blankets, LOUD beyond words, they do not clean our room, given 2 towels every other day and if you get any dirt makeup etc on them get ready to hand over 300 pesos for a towel that’s worth about 2$. This has been truly the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my whole life. Such incredible horrible customer service.

Way too noisy
Way too loud- open air DJ right outside my window/balcony. Have to close all the windows/doors, so can't even have ocean breezes. DJ started about 3pm and last night was still blasting away at 2.30am.....nothing nice or serene about it.

Nickel and Diming People
The location and view on the penthouse floor was truly amazing but the noise from the club below is loud and goes late. The only other issue my husband had was the $150 pesos they asked for when checking out because we got a towel dirty. I promise you it was not excessive dirt but one shower dirt after the beach. Their excuse was that a younger female was going to have to clean it and they were avoiding sending it out to be cleaned. Sorry my husband flipped out but it was the most ridiculous thing I have heard of in my 60 years of travel.

Find another hotel in Sayulita or bring tranquilizers.
Terrible hotel, there were only young foreign tourists, therefore they have not heard about the comments that exist regarding this rubbish and we did not read comments for the first time to book, we found it attractive that it is on the edge of the beach, first the receptionist with absurd recommendations about how we had to close the access doors to the hotel and our room, as well as rules such as they only change towels every other day, that the room was only cleaned from 9 to 11, at 9 they were knocking on our door as if there was a fire, he finally left us in the room and in 30 minutes we were wanting to run out, no closet, the loose sink key had to be held to open it, the toilet lid wouldn't stop! !!, cement bathroom walls and floor, no hand towels, bed stuck to the wall, no wifi, we told the receptionist all of the above, in addition to the small room, she told us it was according to what we had paid!!!! Finally at night, reading comments from other guests, we confirmed that we had rented a hotel at the gates of our prison, electronic music in which the walls and glass vibrated, they gave us the room exactly below the business that they rent or the owner, upstairs. the hotel and downstairs a bar that closed at 1 am. This was 4 nights. The bad thing is that Booking booked us and none of the misleading advertising is going to happen. Ah!! And when they handed over the room they checked everything as if we had been in the Louvre and it is worth saying that the 2 sufferers who had to endure and carry luggage up the stairs went from 65 to this trip well enjoyed.

Nice to be near the beach
Azul, the receptionist was excellent, the view from the terrace is incredible, if you hear noise since it is located right on the beach, a modest room, making the reservation directly to the hotel is much cheaper than on the apps
