Good, but we expected more from the place
The place is a little abandoned, although they have a lot of movement, the attitude of the staff is good.
It is very well located, you can easily walk to many places.
Ample parking.

A hidden gem in Cholula
Essentially it's a feudal estate converted to a hotel, with massive open grounds, right next to the heart of the San Pedro district of Cholula. It's 5-7 mins walk to the pyramid, and we walked throughout the neighborhood day and night without any worries.
The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating to our odd arrival hours and lack of Spanish. The rooms have a lovely rustic feel to them, and the property hosts a wide variety of amazing trees and vegetation, including avocado and papaya trees. There is an outdoor pool set in a grassy lawn.
The breakfast is served in a restaurant across the accommodation, with a choice of delicious Mexican omelettes, you also get fresh fruit with a dollop of yogurt, pastries and coffee.
The outside seating area of the restaurant has stunning views of the pyramid and church, and we happened to have breakfast while a volcano was puffing out some ash clouds in the distance.
The place is at first a bit difficult to find (it isn't clearly signposted), but you won't miss it once you know where it is.
If you are visiting Cholula and want to have large rooms, peace, and class, this is the place to stay at.
