The hotel was good and excellent
The location is good within walking reach to the Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool. Kids very excited. Staff very nice and courteous. Mr.Azman Ahmad very helpful and friendly, always greeting with a smile. Overall this hotel was good and really excellent. We are enjoyed stay here. Will come again. Sure!

Okay place to stay for short trips
Pros: Convenient location. Good atmosphere, quiet area. Nice facilities and amenities. Rooms are well-cleaned. Service and assistance is very quick
Cons: Room temperature is not that cold. Does not accept cash payment. Breakfast buffet is repetitive and has not much option

The Best hotel in Malacca
The best hotel in Malacca. Near the shopping mall. Just walking distance. Breakfast so delicious and varied. Staff very helpful. Mr Azman Ahmad is very friendly and always greating with smiling. Nice stay and value for money. Will come again with my family. Thanks Hatten Hotel Malacca.

Girls' day out
Everything is a ok, except the tv @ movie channels, as well as the quality.
It's kinda bad, not sharp.
Was expecting something like netflix or else.
Should provide at least 2 sets of shower gel.
To enable early check in, at least by 2 pm.
Nonetheless, i would return to stay at hatten

Nice hotel in a central location.
Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Location is quite central and within walking distance to Jonker Street.
Hotel has some decent restaurants and a convenience stall.
Online check-in does not seem to be useful, as I still has to queue up at the reception for registration.
Noticed there is a small cockroach in the room.
