Bella and the team were exceptional , this place has no tv, no hot water , no fridge , but if you’re travelling on the cheap , it’s a must do experience , simple , cheap and enjoyable .. street away from the beach .

Great hospitality, Performing high level of service.

High level of service and hospitality. Staying close to nature and wildlife. Good location and close to the beach. No restaurant available on the site, but serveral good restaurant within 5 min walking. Supermarket on same location for small suplies.

Something different

If you like monkeys and nature this is definitely a good place to stay. I was nervous to stay here because I'd seen photos of the monkey's, but I did actually enjoy the four nights we stayed. The bed covers are not so good, but other than that we had a good stay. I would recommend having the air con though as the rooms get very hot.
Staff are friendly and it was a good easy stay, if you're looking for something a bit different.

Very basic cottage

Small resort located on the main street of Cenang and nestled in a tropical garden. The bungalows are very basic and there is no hot water and if the temperature is not high it becomes a problem to take a shower. The reception staff is only there during the day so if you need something urgently it's a problem. I had booked 3 nights but on the third day we left due to the hot water problem, there is no fridge for drinks and being very basic it is frequented by young and very noisy customers. The beach is a 5 minute walk away but there are no services or bars, it is full of boats and water scooters and above all the sea is terrible, dirty, muddy and with water fleas. The only positive note is the Cactus restaurant which is located at the exit of the cottage on the left where you can eat very well and a bar on the right where you can have breakfast. For the rest there is nothing and is isolated from everything.

A beautiful place to stay right on the edge of the huge forest, lovely monkeys occasionally coming to visit, our one was well behaved.🤣 Short walk to really good bars and half an hour walk inti the main area to watch the sunset fire shows. Very friendly staff and lots of mopeds on hire for a reasonable price.
