Generally OK only but convenient location

Overall a decent stay in the hotel. Convenient location with 7-ELEVEN, petrol station & many shops / eateries. Check in staff are friendly, rooms are clean & nice size. Corridors upstairs should be better ventilated / aired out. Noisy in the rooms facing the front (sound of vehicles passing by can be heard loud & clear in the room). Sound from the corridor can be heard in the room. Bring good ear plugs. Rooms are all smoking so there may be lingering smell of cigarettes. Hotel management should consider making some floors non smoking.

Very smelly

The hotel is poorly maintained. The corridor, room and toilet has an awful smell. WiFi is slow. Shower gel is bad. I've stayed twice in this place
Plus side: there is hot shower. Water pressure is OK. Check in didn't take too long.

New but not properly maintained

The toilet is smelly with weird smell.
The toilet is not properly cleaned.
The carpet inside the room is dirty.
The kettle,bottle is dusty.
Even it is the latest hotel in town, it is upsetting.
There is no proper car park for the guest and it is quite dangerous to park outside the hotel.

Dirty hotel, corridor smells terrible(wet carpets), room not clean at all, fungus in bathroom. Did not spend 5 minutes in room, rebooked another hotel immediately. Also wer need to pay to check-in earlier (45 minutes). Not advisable to use this hotel.

Indah khabar dari rupa. (Too good to be true) Dissapointed

1.Terrible wifi, could not get connected with the wifi at all
2. Uneasy smell of the room
3. Terrible (read:very terrible) smell of the toilet, very uneasy smell
4. 3-4 cockroaches coming out from the toilet and 1 cockroaches on the study table next to the bed.
5. Worn out comforter on the bed.
They claimed they are the best hotel in Kemaman, but unfortunately it is not at all.
Please maintain your hotel well!
The photos in most booking website are too good to be true!
