It's very close to the station. Although the hotel looks old, it's clean kind.

Dirty.

I used the hotel as a base to wake early and go to Kurobe Alpine Route.
It is close to the station, but at night, the street is dark.
The room was dirty, there were nori on the floor, like if the other guest ate and no one cleaned to the next user.
Price was cheap.
If you need a place for one night and there's no other available in the area...
Solo Female Point of View:
I dislike that there were no chain lock in the door.
It was quiet and okay, but I disliked the dark in the street at night and the atmosphere from the hotel. I don't think I would have a nice sleep alone.
Because of the dirty and atmosphere, I would not return to this hotel.

友人と三人で宿泊するには問題ない宿でした。改善点を挙げるなら、設備情報には記載のあった無料駐車場が、実際に行ってみたら存在しなかった、ということくらいです。駅からは近いので、かなり夜まで散策することができます。

立地は駅前で大変良く、料金は格安。
チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの女性が陰気で薄気味悪かった。
チェックアウト時のスタッフは普通の対応で良かった。
建物に歴史があるせいか、昭和にタイムスリップしたような部屋の内装がなんともいえない怖さを醸し出していた。
室外の音がまともに聞こえてきたことと、部屋の掃除が行き届いていない箇所があった。
