I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and they spoke English, which was a relief. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, it's an affordable option in a lovely area, so it's understandable. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, which I really appreciated. One of the great perks is that you can borrow various items, including an iron, for free for an hour. There’s also a laundry facility on-site, making it convenient for guests. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk from Kameido JR Station and within 5 to 7 minutes of convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and a shopping mall filled with clothing stores. If you decide to buy Tokyo Subway Day Pass, as it is only valid on subway lines (not JR lines), the nearest station is Nishi-Ojima Subway Station about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Plus, you can rent bicycles right outside the mall! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a great stay!

MyStays are dependable. This one had all the things we needed to eat in the room which was a great break from eating at restaurants.

It takes about 5 to 7
minutes walk from the station, depends on which exit you take. There is a decent convenient mall nearby. The staff was patient, despite having some communication issue, took a bit of time to use the translator. We also lucky enough to have staff that was able to communicate in Mandarin, really saved up some time.

Our stays was fabulous. The staff was very friendly, he explain to us regarding the hotel service very thoroughly. Not to mention, their ability to speak in three languages including Mandarin and English. The location was a perfect spot too. There’s a lot of restaurant and shopping malls located 5 minutes from the hotel. A convenience store also within a minute of walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it for those who’s planning in visiting Asakusa soon. The stays was too excellent that we forgot to take a picture of the room and the surrounding.
