My second stay there.
A shame that people with tattoos are still banned from using their spa, an utterly senseless relict of a rule, very out of place in a modern hotel.

I stayed for 4 weeks so the surrounding area is important for me. Everything I needed was close by, Otsuka station is 4 minutes away.
The mall at Otsuka station had three deli-styled shops, so I could actually get decent bread and real cheese. There was also plenty of convince stores and supermarkets close by.
As for eating out there is plenty of Japanese restaurants, my favorite CoCo icibanya is close by as well. For burgers there is both McDonald's and Burger King.
Overall my stay was close to perfect, my only gripe was that getting an elevator took 10 minutes in the morning, but I guess it can't be helped.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. The spa will be closed on 26 March 2025 10:00-18:00 due to maintenance. Please note that the hotel will undergo emergency equipment maintenance on the following dates/times: 07 March 2025 09:00-15:00. During this period, property staff may enter guest rooms for inspections.
