Thank you very much for staying with us this time.

It's not a consecutive night, but it's my third night here recently.
We arrived at around 7pm and when we tried to get into the tower parking lot, the parking attendant was responding to the customer and was unresponsive.
It looks like it's going to take a while, so I go in front of you and say, "Excuse me, I'm going to go finish the toilet first." He told her, but she did not respond.
As soon as I decided I could hear him, I headed to the restroom in the building and started running, and I thought, 'Ah! Tell me your name. Name. I'm going to go up to him again and tell him my name.
When I ran again to take care of myself and came back (for less than a minute during that time), the attendant asked me if I was staying. "And he said, ""Yes, it's an overnight stay.""" And I said, 'Uh, no, no, no. How many nights?' This is what they say. It's overnight today.' He replies, "I'm sorry," but is left without reply.
The parking door opened but nothing was said, so I went in and the machine announced 'It's oversized' and the sign of retreat came out.
It's not oversized by any means, and I've been in the store in the past, so I wondered what to do, and the clerk came from behind and said, 'Oi, oi, get out! Get out. He shouts, "What are you doing?"
I was pretty uncomfortable at this point, but when I followed the instructions, I was like, "Mirror folded from the beginning, come in!" I'm told in a very strong tone, so I complete the storage without saying it out loud, thinking, "Well, you should explain that from the beginning!" and when I go outside, I get a tag saying, "Give this to the front desk." * I'm transcribing it word for word accurately.
"As I handed the parking bill to the female staff at the front desk who came to support me while operating the check-in machine at the front desk, I said, ""The parking lot looks pretty bad today."" I said, 'Oh, sorry. So could you enter your mobile number here next?"
Don't you know that the word sorry for being sorry is conversely taunting?
I think it's good to hire the silver one, but do you offer customer service guidance?
I think that 5.6 thousand yen per night is probably the only way to pay for it, as it used to be, but the quality of the staff is not worth it at all, even though it is more than double that now.
This time, perhaps I made the staff feel uncomfortable about something earlier without their knowledge. I'm sorry.
Please forgive me for not staying at Toyoko INN in any place in Japan after this time.
