The room is so new and clean. The location is superb, next to JR station. The breakfast is so good. They even have Kaiten sushi.

Nice room and convenience location

Very convenient location, room is very nice, they have a public bath and a common area with vending and washing machines. The pillow can be better improve as it is too soft but they have a common area where you can select the pillow you want thought it is only available on a first come first serve basis. Overall would stay at this hotel again if I am coming back to Hakodate.

Good for ever-moving traveller

This hotel is literally just next to Hakodate Station. The rooms are very much similar to all other hotels around that price range with basic amenities and adequate room size. Given the price and location, we don't have much comments on. However, we do encounter some problem with the heather as it alternates between cold and hot air. It gets a little warm and stuffy when the heater is on. A positive note is, they do have different pillow to choose from at the lobby if the ones provided in the room is out of your league.

I like everything about this place. The location is excellent, the staff is polite, everything is clean, and the breakfast is great.

During my month's stay in Japan, JR Inn Hakodate was one of the highlights during my trip. Beyond my expectations. The room was modern and spacious, great view over the train tracks and wonderful public bath on the high floor. Perfectly located side by side the JR station. Very convenient. Would stay again.
