研修場などは使ってませんがなかなか施設は整っていそう

客室トイレにご注意下さい
シングルルーム朝食付き 8,500円を直前に見つけて予約。
暫く後に見ると、朝食無しで16,000円、本当に幸運でした♪
５階に大浴場が有り、23時～6時の間は、正面玄関がロックされます。
アサインされた客室は13階の東側コーナールーム。
18平米の客室中央に大きなデスクが配置され、ホテルが売りにしている会議・研修に対応したアレンジと思います。
“ズボンプレッサー”“加湿器”“空気清浄機”も客室内に有り、姿見の後ろの衣類掛けがコンパクトながら良いアイデアですね。
客室に入ると、床が入口側がフローリング、姿見から先がカーペットと別れています。
姿見の下の空間にスリッパが納められている様子から、どうやら境目で下足を脱ぐ洋です。
ならば、以前宿泊した奈良のロハスホテルの様に、明示されではと思います。
評価を下げた要因として、
★客室の窓
台風の影響か？窓の外側が塩？で汚れていた。
京成船橋駅で発生した停電の原因が塩害だった事に納得です…
★スタッフさん
チェックインを担当した男性スタッフさん、食券・館内説明書はカウンターに置いて、私が読める状態で説明してください。
空中で、あなただけが見える状態で説明されても、意味が無いでしょう。
★ベッド
窓近くに置かれ、カーテンの開閉に難儀する。もう少し離しては？
★テレビ
ベッドでもたれて見られる様に、壁に掛けて有ればリラックス可。
★トイレ
洗浄機能付き便座を後付けされた様子。その為、便器にフィットしておらず、座った際に○○○が便器に触れない様に気を使う。男性諸氏は細心の注意が必要です。
★エアコン
集中管理方式。風量のみ調整が可能。
★壁紙
物が当たり、角が欠け、壁紙が大きく剥がれいる。
★音
廊下からの音が結構響きます。

高層階に泊まったら…素晴らしかった。
部屋が12階だったのですが、周りに高い建物がなく、見晴らしが非常に良かったです。
機能的でコンパクトにまとまった部屋のレイアウトがとっても気に入りました。お値段よりもずいぶん優雅な気分になれた。
