We stayed here for my birthday... very particular place with an antique flavor... very nice room... the kitchen is reserved... we were very well... in peace and in a place a little isolated from normal everyday life..! recommended for couples!

Old World Charm, Cozy, and Quiet.

A very enjoyable stay ~ after we got there! Our flight into Rome was over an hour late due to unavoidable problems and consequently our rental car by Discover Cars was no longer available so we had to rent on the spot costing us two and a half times what was planned.
That was a bad start but once on the road we put in the address on our GPS and about an hour and a half got off at the Todi exit. Somehow we ended up driving (following our GPS) all over the area without any luck. We finally found a 'saint' that called the hotel and they arranged to meet us just outside of Todi promising to send someone to guide us to the property. We finally arrived, got settled, had a wonderful meal and were able to get to sleep.
The evening meal was very good but somewhat limited for a vegetarian. Breakfast had an excellent variety of foods.
We were very thankful for the staffs willingness to come and 'find' us or we'd never found the hotel. We had expected it to be a little closer to the town of Todi but it all worked out.
The property certainly has all the 'old world' charm, and all the staff were most helpful. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and cozy.
The drive to Todi was about 10 minutes and having your own transportation would be necessary to stay here.
A lovely place and I'd definitely stay again.

Eating in this restaurant is not only eating but it is living an "experience" in fact you are hosted in a beautiful location made of unique details, refined details, fine furnishings, fairytale atmosphere, which lead far into bygone times by being identified inside a medieval castle, then the exclusive menu with delicacies also typical of deer, wild rabbit, hare, porcini mushrooms, truffle and the best Umbria can! I continued the experience by staying in one of the rooms of the structure that despite the ancient and romantic context is equipped with every comfort (central heating, wi-fi, large shower, etc.) excellent cleanliness, high professionalism of the owner and availability of all staff. Icing on the cake: the morning awakening with the tolling of the village bell hoisted on the fifteenth-century bell tower visible from my bedroom window. A really nice weekend and diversion that I highly recommend also as a short recovery from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Tower of the 22nd century.

A renovated village with all amenities.
A really nice hotel turret.
You sleep very well because without noise.
The staff was very kind.
Mr. Franco really polite.
Comfortable rooms.
Good breakfast, exceptional cakes.
The restaurant inside very good, great food!
In a hamlet near Todi.
Recommended!

I would not recommend it

The restaurant staff (who are a single girl) are unprepared. Regarding the food, unfortunately my Rating is influenced by the appetizer: fried courgette flowers stuffed with anchovies. Fried food, for my taste, must be done instantly. Instead those flowers were probably fried and then frozen. They are not were cold outside (horrible thing for a fry) but partially frozen inside
