TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Cold environment and water. Jacuzzi nozzles located in the pool of 8 worked only two, the remaining failures.
Ditto in the small round tub (the one before the sauna) even there on 4 vents only two worked. Failed ceiling lights, non-existent atmosphere... (there were lanterns not lit)! In addition, the spa part from the pool is not separated, as there are families with very young children the environment was quite noisy. And in spa you access to relax!
At the reception maybe they could recommend another access time! Spa staff not present. I was missing glasses to drink some flavored water, I had to call reseption. Unprofessional.
I had paid for three hours but stayed two. I should have asked for reimbursement for the hour not used. So much disappointment indeed! I had high expectations.
I recommend more presence and maintenance.
