Perfect

We've just returned from our second trip of the year to this great centrally located hotel.
It's clean and spacious rooms are fantastic.
Dogs are also welcome.
The big plus is the car park in this busy city.
Many thanks for another excellent stay.

Never again

The hotel has structural defects everywhere, a list would be beyond the scope. The room was systematically furnished. Daily cleaning has not taken place. The bed was only made by means of a rolled-over blanket (lacquering was not fixed). In general, I had the feeling that the linen was changed before our arrival, as it was creased and had several spots...
The reserved parking space was denied, this had not been confirmed to us...
On 1. Evening the man of the reception came around midnight and banged on our door, as he needed our documents again as there was nothing left.
The morning meal was accordingly... a loud discussion between the receptionist and the servicewoman as well as a stench on the terrace made us have only a short coffee!

I expected better

The real asset of this structure is the central location a few steps from the main street where you can find the Ariston theater and the best shops. Apart from that, the room was not at all that seen and booked via web, narrow and rather dated and not particularly clean. Burnt bedside bulb and leaking shower hose. The site does not specify that breakfast is not possible because work is underway in the room, so you need to go out and look for a bar where you can have at least a minimal breakfast. The car park consists of four parking spaces in the courtyard where the hotel entrance is located and also in the underground car park located in the center of the square it is problematic to park your car. Rather disappointing, for one night you can settle, but no more.

Good accommodation

The rooms are ok, the beds are good. Clean and neat.
It is recommended to try to get rooms high up towards the main street. Then there is a view to the Mediterranean Sea.
Centrally located with pedestrian street near the hotel.
Breakfast is something Spartan for us Norwegians, lots of sweets.
Dinner at the hotel will not be recommended.

Perfect stay

Comfortable and practical hotel certainly for the central location but also exceptionally comfortable and clean. Well-kept rooms and everything provided: large spaces, lots of comforts and never lacks space to put something on the contrary!
Very quiet, modern and welcoming.
Breakfast not included but honestly better this way because there are bars and pastry shops on every corner, it's an incentive to try them all!
Internal parking with few available but ample spaces. In case there is still a huge parking lot right in front.
Very kind staff, helpful on all fronts and attentive to the needs of all family members.
Icing on the cake: Pets welcome and really welcome.
We will definitely be back, thanks for the welcome to all the staff!!!
