Very good
We felt very comfortable and welcome. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and well-located in a central location. Mr. Lucky and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they gave us free champagne in our room because it was my birthday! Thank you for the stay!

History and excellent location
The building is from the 15th century with many period details and the apartment decorated as if a tasteful friend in antiques had lent you his house (it even has 2 umbrellas in case there is bad weather and a desk with everything you need to work pen, buckler, scissors, etc.
Entering the apartment in PB (please note if anyone has mobility problems in the case of this apartment is a duplex, the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs by a short staircase) is the super complete kitchen with everything you need to cook pots, pans, spatulas, super complete crockery, normal size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven. All complimentary extras (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, mineral water, sparkling water, wine capsules) are replenished free of charge at reception and there is a Carrefour express on return.
The dining room is located next to the kitchen, upstairs a large bedroom, smart tv, another smaller bedroom with tv, safe and bathroom.
In the bathroom all the very complete and top quality amenities, hair dryer and emergency kit, toothbrush, etc.
We travelled in winter and the heating was excellent.
The location is on a chic street, if you walk left one and a half blocks away you have piazza spagna (and there is the Metro station) and 4 blocks away you are on piazza del Popolo, the location is excellent, many shops and restaurants (shops are exclusive but restaurants are reasonably priced).
The attention of the spectacular reception and have ample hours from morning to night, each of the people who attended us super cordial, efficient, advised us in Spanish to make several tours, always pending any queries and coordinated the transfer to the airport.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome
We stayed here for 4 nights in a beautiful apartment located very near the Spanish Steps. The apartment itself was spacious, super clean and well equipped. The staff are all super helpful, special shout out to Lucky who couldn’t do enough for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Babuino 79.

A beautiful gem next to the Spanish Steps
Perfect location in Rome. Felt very safe, beautiful and easy to navigate. Such a cool, artsy property and our apartment was split level. It was the best welcome to Italy after a long flight from LA. We are returning for another two nights to close out our trip and will definitely be back. The staff is super accommodating and having laundry on site was glorious.

Better Impossible!
There is no better accommodation in Rome, the habita is a great apartment with all the comforts and a Classic and Modern decor at the same time , no lack of detail, the location is privileged and the attention of Lucky and Nadia is second to none! If I could give you a Rating of Double 5 I would not hesitate!
