We loved the pretty riverside walks from the hotel, and the sound of the river at night time.
Our room was simple, but clean. A cot was provided for our baby.
The staff were all friendly. We would stay here again.

Horrible experience
Placed out of nowhere and immersed in the nature reserve of Orsomarso.
No indication was given to us to get to the property, we did not know it was immersed in nowhere, with dirt road x 6 km and no telephone network the whole way. They had also called a few days earlier as they had had a problem with the bike and the Owner did not even mention the road we would travel especially at night.
Dilapidated rooms with cobwebs in the closet.
Arrived in the rooms they took us swearing because we were chatting and there were not thought to be other guests.
Essential breakfast with two pieces of doughnut from the day before, a few rusks and a cappuccino.
Cost for an oversized night.
Horrible experience.

Caro cliente, leggere ciò che scrive, mi fa veramente riflettere e ritornare indietro al periodo del vostro soggiorno, ricordo benissimo sia della telefonata fattami giorni prima e sia il giorno del vostro arrivo. Nella telefonata fattami giorni prima, mi parlava di un guasto sopraggiunto al vostro veicolo e la volontà di voler rinunciare al soggiorno chiedendomi il rimborso e io prontamente le ho ricordato che la sua prenotazione è avvenuta sul sito di prenotazione booking e che non aveva nella prenotazione effettuata la possibilità di alcun rimborso, ricordo anche che lei disse che il mezzo era impossibilitato al viaggio e che non sareste venuti in struttura. Detto ciò voglio precisare che lei ha prenotato su un sito di prenotazione, senza la possibilità di cancellazione e non si rende conto nemmeno di dov'è ubicata la struttura? Mi scuso se mi permetto, ma quando prenotate le strutture cosa cercate solo il nome del paese, guardate i prezzi e poi chi esce meno prenotate? Ecco se voi leggevate la descrizione che abbiamo nei siti di prenotazione, trovavate tutto, soprattutto se legger i messaggi che inviamo quando un utente prenota, di sicuro trovate una cartina fotografica, fatta da noi , per facilitare il percorso. Ma la cosa che intendo sottolineare è che trovate anche gli orari di check in e check out e se noi eravamo tipi come da voi descritti che prendevamo i clienti a parolacce, potevamo anche lasciarvi fuori essendo arrivati in struttura intorno alle 23:30 - 24:00, nonostante il check in prevede un orario massimo di arrivo entro le ore 20. Giustamente non essendo strutture prive di clienti grazie a Dio, ed essendoci clienti che soggiornano presso la stessa, vi è stato chiesto, visto l ora tarda, di poter evitare di gridare nel corridoio per evitare di disturbare altri clienti presenti,ma credo che un po di regole esistano un pò da tutte le parti e quando manca il buon senso è giusto intervenire per evitare di danneggiare chi le rispetta. Poi vedo che le piace fare foto, caro cliente , potevate evitare di fare foto, basta guardare il sito dove avete prenotato e ci sono le stesse, non so cosa volevate alludere? Per quanto riguarda la colazione, noi amiamo fare prodotti caserecci realizzati la sera per la mattina, accompagnati da prodotti rigorosamente confezionati, perché c'è chi magari è abituato ad utilizzare prodotti comprati, mi dispiace che voi oltre al cornetto non conosciate altri tipi di prodotti freschi. Per il resto se volevate qualcosa in particolare per colazione potevate, tranquillamente chiederlo, di sicuro avremmo provveduto se ciò era possibile a soddisfare, ciò che fosse il vostro desiderio, visto che la colazione è servita a richiesta. Desidero poi aggiungere un ultima cosa, spero che in futuro possiate documentarvi prima di prenotare presso le strutture, perché leggere che la nostra valle e bella solo per scampagnate, quando lei è arrivata alle 24 di sera ed è partita alle 11 di mattina, non sapendo nulla nemmeno sulla struttura pagata, la dice lunga. Purtroppo nelle nostre zone, le strutture non sono per tutti, bisogna amare la natura per scegliere le nostre attività, perché non tutti sono abituati a trovare una natura incontaminata, un geosito dell'UNESCO, un patrimonio biouniversitario, una riserva orientata, ma forse questi termini sono anni luce lontani dalla vostra personalità. Con questo la saluto e la invito a prestare attenzione alle vostre gite future, che siano posti conosciuti . Una buona serata

Spettacolare!
Immersed in the Natural Reserve of the Argentine River "Pollino", close to the lower Tyrrhenian side "Scalea".
Wonderful place run by a wonderful family, they are hospitable, available to meet every need.
Staying and tasting the local specialties are the prerogative of this oasis surrounded by lush vegetation, wild but at the same time cared for.
I went back two years later and I can say that there are no places like this around I would say more unique than rare.
To Marco and his family praise, to make us feel as if we were part of the same.
Come to this magnificent place where nature masters and where the human being integrates perfectly respecting its essence!!

Reception and much courtesy
I had lunch with my wife and we took one of the various tourist menus.25 euros from appetizer to coffee, portions more than worthy and tasty. Extreme kindness and friendly place, well integrated into the unspoilt nature of the reserve. I emphasize the enormous sacrifice and the thousand vicissitudes that managers have to face to offer a quality service.Evaluate this too before judging.
