A hotel for families but not only
The restaurant, like the rooms (including the bathroom), have been modernized and I saw good attention to detail aesthetically (unpretentious but tasteful).
The food is averagely good: presented well, even if the dishes are a bit repetitive. The breakfast buffet is a bit scarce, but there is a bit of everything.
The location is good as it is close to the ski slope (I know there is a shuttle that takes you there), although beyond the slope there is not much else you can do in the area.
The price is in line with the quality of the service offered. For us it was a nice experience and we were pleased to see the small but great attention that the staff gave to our little girl.

Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile, la cortesia del nostro personale e i servizi dedicati alle famiglie, come le attività per bambini e la zona del ristorante pensata per loro. È sempre una grande soddisfazione sapere che i piccoli dettagli e l'attenzione al comfort delle famiglie siano stati apprezzati.
Ci scusiamo se il buffet della colazione e la varietà dei piatti non hanno pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Terreno sicuramente conto del suo feedback per cercare di migliorare questi aspetti.
Ci fa piacere che abbia trovato la nostra posizione comoda per la pista da sci e che l'esperienza complessiva sia stata positiva per la sua famiglia.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro!

Restaurant ni, the roast on the first night was so peppery that it was borderline edible, the rest average.
Spa: they tell you that the route takes two hours: 2 saunas and a Turkish bath; book two massages, one unmarked so skipped. A single masseuse who juggles all this.
The slopes are not far away but you still need the car.
Would not recommend it....

La tranquillità e il comfort dei nostri ospiti sono per noi una priorità, e ci dispiace che il rumore e la qualità della camera non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Lavoreremo per migliorare l’insonorizzazione e garantire un soggiorno più rilassante.
Ci scusiamo anche per l’esperienza nel ristorante e per l'incidente con il massaggio. La qualità dei piatti e l'organizzazione del servizio spa sono aspetti che prenderemo in considerazione per migliorare il nostro servizio.

ci dispiace leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente. La nostra priorità è sempre quella di offrire un servizio accogliente e confortevole, e ci scusiamo se non siamo riusciti a soddisfare le sue aspettative.
Per quanto riguarda la posizione, la struttura è situata in una zona che permette un accesso comodo alle piste da sci, ma comprendiamo che le esigenze di mobilità possano variare a seconda delle preferenze individuali. In ogni caso, prenderemo nota del suo commento per migliorare la comunicazione al riguardo.
Riguardo al servizio bar, desideriamo precisare che il nostro bar è operativo solo durante determinati orari, e ci scusiamo se non è stato disponibile quando ne aveva bisogno. Cercheremo di migliorare la gestione degli orari in modo da evitare disagi futuri.
Ci dispiace anche che la mancanza di insonorizzazione non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Stiamo lavorando per migliorare questi aspetti per offrire un'esperienza migliore ai nostri ospiti.

A pearl in the mountains
thanks to the incredible variety of buffet dishes with a typical menu of the Piedmontese tradition. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
