Staff was amazing! Stefania was SO helpful in our check in and locating the parking! The star was Azzura! She was a sweet as they come and made sure our service was perfect! Truly beautiful people here!

Since the hotel is in the center of Ascoli it is hard to drive close to it and it involves driving in very narrow streets.The hotel offers hotel parking in a nearby which they assorted us too which is a great and important gesture.
