A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Property asks for every guest to provide valid photo ID featuring date of birth on arrival. For group bookings of 4 people or more, full payment may be requested up to7 - 14 days in advance of arrival. . For these group bookings, a fully refundable security cash deposit of EUR 25 per person may be required. For apartments, this may be a cash deposit of EUR 200. This will be returned on the day of departure once all house rules are abided by. Please note that guests aged 0–18 years are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Property asks for every guest to provide valid photo ID featuring date of birth on arrival. For group bookings of 4 people or more, full payment may be requested up to 7 - 14 days in advance of arrival. For these group bookings, a fully refundable security deposit of EUR 25 per person may be required. For apartments, this may be a deposit of EUR 200. This will be returned on the day of departure once all house rules are abided by. Accepts groups up to 15 people max. We have a 7 day max policy, meaning 7 days can be booked and we have the right to not extanded bookings due to demand.
