Nice room and cheap!

The location is strategic and near from the restaurant. Very cheap and have a good AC in the room. If anyone who come to Labuan Bajo would like to find cheap hotel with AC in the room and strategic, i recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience. Booked through trip.com and upon arrival they said they received our booking but had no rooms available. They offered different accommodation 20min away from town at a lower rated hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful at all. When we tried to check in all the staff did was hand us her cell phone to speak to her boss. The boss/manager was unapologetic and did not communicate clearly. Since everything else in the area was completely booked we had to stay at the other hotel. Terrible service and experience with Hotel Pagi. 0/5 if I could.

Don't expect too much

I had a 2 nights stay here, a quick visit for business meetings. I booked the hotel because of the recommendation.
Big room, (almost) everything worked fine. The shower worked but not quiet strong, the hot-water did not function (yet the weather was not so cold so I did not complain). The staffs were little inattentive
Take note, the reception and rooms are located from 2nd florr and up. It is a 4 stories building and the breakfast-room on top of the building.
Breakfast is simply nasi goreng & mie goreng and really nothing to be excited about :) I would suggest to stop serving breakfast and concentrate in fixing the room and upgrade the services of the staffs. On ground floor there's convenient store, which I think is owned bu the same owner too.
Location is great though.

Better Than Expected

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed here 2 nights. The room was big, with a hot water shower and the AC was able to cool the room sometime during the night. The room felt semi-clean if you do not look to close. Towels and sheets have seen better days. Had to ask for bottled water each day. Wifi worked until about 8:30pm each night. The roosters started crowing at 2:30am and continued throughout the day.
Do Not Eat The Breakfast. The Nasi Goreng is the worst food we have eaten in 13 months.

Spacious Room but Need Service Improvement

I arrived at the hotel around 3 am and stayed there only for 1 night. I had twin bed with bed size of 120 so that each bed could fit for 2 people. The room was surprisingly spacious even for 3 person with lots of luggage. The hotel located near the airport, around 10 mins by car, and near the harbor. Also there is a minimarket located just below the hotel.
Unfortunately, they need to improve their service esp their staff. I arrived there in early morning and wished for warm and friendly welcome, but I didnt get any of it.
