It’s our first trip to this resort and we are really impressed with the place. There is a free transfer from nongsapura ferry terminal to the hotel even when we arrived on the last ferry. All the hotel staffs we met are friendly and helpful even though some of them do not speak/understand english very well. We booked the room with sea view and the view is beautiful. Lounge has live band till 12 midnight as well. There’s also room service for food till 9pm and the food is nice. The complimentary breakfast spread is not too bad as well. We will definitely come again. My emails to them are also replied promptly.

Stayed there 4D3N with family of 5.
Just right as we are able to do a lot of stuff.
Just have to plan accdg depending on the activities they have.
My 3 y old boy is v happy. Staff is always smiling and going for extra mile to help.
Though there are certain limitations e.g., extra bottle of water will cost u sth. But understandable 100%.
Can always grab and order from outside.

Friendly staff.
Live band and magician - very good, we enjoyed ourselves.
Breakfast - limited choices, serve the same dishes for 2 consecutive mornings.
Room entertainment - can’t find any English movie. Worse of all, TV coming out crackling sound and inaudible.

We spent 2 nights here for fishing and got a water villa to fish from the balcony. got a few tiny fish but guess the area is too rocky, the line always got stuck and broken, not so fun fishing from the villa. AC in the room didn't work properly, called maintenance a few times but it didn't resolve, plus point we got a nice sea view from the room and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.
