Not ok

If you visiting Udaipur for business, this hotel is ok for a O/N stay. That's it.
If you are a tourist, don't book this hotel. Even the local auto walla or the OLA was finding it difficult to find this hotel. It is located in a very lonely place. You will miss the hustle-bustle of the nice old city area. This hotel is away from the point of attraction in Udaipur and you may need to pay an average of 250-400/- one way from Fateh Sagar lake or Lake Pichola by auto and OLA will cancel trip number of items.

Average hotel

The hotel and the room were average. The room was clean, spacious with an average bathroom and shower area. There are major issues with the staff. The staff don’t listen when requested for amenities like drinking water, etc. they acknowledge and then forget to deliver. The hot water did not reach the showers and I was told it didn’t work and that they would look into it but they didn’t and simply ignored. The weather is cold in Udaipur and hot water is absolutely essential to bathe. The room was cold with no heating systems, not even a room heater. The bed sheets were torn. I had to remind them everyday to send me drinking water and even then they would forget.
The location is good and easy to find. There is no one to help you with your bags. Overall my stay was an average experience.

Worst, dont visit

Had to book this hotel. The manager Pradeep Sharma and staff are useless. They know nothing at all. Rooms were small. Air conditions and geysers were not in good working condition. Swimming pool is in renovation since long time. No wifi. Very very slow service even after asked twice or more. Food was ok. No parking facility.

Pathetic Hotel

Stayed for two nights at this hotel , had a worst experience. Staff is unfriendly and had to call repeatedly to get facilities .please don’t book this hotel if you are planning your stay at Udaipur.This place is more of a lodge than a hotel and has a bar attached at the ground floor , not a good place to stay along with family . Please avoid !!

Don’t Book This!! WARNING

Visited this pathetic place last week. They don’t even know how to cater a customer. They were denying everything and please see the picture of their fresh deluxe room.
I left this place within an hour.
AC was not working too.
