Comfortable place to stay

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Deepak looked after us well, arranging a wonderful visit by auto rickshaw to a local spice garden. Our room's balcony looked onto a bustling street, which we loved. It was a great place for watching Munnar life. I would recommend this place as a well-situated, clean and friendly accommodation.

Worst Stay experience

Worst stay experience ever. Thick layer of dust in the room as if it is not clean since ages.bed sheets were stained. Washroom was not cleaned. Found hair in the washroom .
Receptionist was rude although the Dow line staff was polite and helpful.
Ownership should take some action against this.

Staff were friendly, the WiFi was good, the power shower was nice (when there was hot water) and, best of all, the only bar in town is just across the street. But the room needed a good clean, there was no bottled water or toilet paper and Silent Valley is far from silent. Bring earplugs.

Budget Hotel at a convenient location

It's a budget hotel with adequate facilities and good service, located very near to the Munnar town, there's a lot of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. The service and cleanliness was higher than expected from this budget. Good place to stay with friends and family
