Great hotel with great service and Munnar views

I spent three days in C7 Munnar. My room was hill facing , it has a stunning view. The rooms were very clean, food was good and staff were really accommodating and helpful. Mr Das, manager , is a great person. We loved the view of the hills, which start just from the hotel's back side , as the rooms have huge glass windows.

among the plantations of you

I chose this hotel because among the few to be a little 'further from the "town" and surrounded by greenery. to choose the room overlooking the hills. the terrace overlooks beautiful crops of you. the hotel should be a little 'renovated... especially the bathroom where, however, lacked hot water for the shower. we also had dinner... average...

A memorable stay

Location
A beautiful location on main highway from Munnar to tea museums road.
Ambiance
An artistic interiors of reception desk and indoor hotel lobby area was very nice. It has a nice secnic garden, scenic restaurants with vire of tea gardes hill.
Room
A very good and specious room with tea plantation view and equipped with all modern amenities.
Bathroom
A good clean bathroom equipped with all basic amenities.
Staff
All staff was polite, kind.
Service
A room service was quick and prompt.
Memorable stay at Hotel, happy to come again.

Tenth visit to India — worst hotel experience

The hotel has nice rooms and some of them also have nice views.
Unfortunately, the stay turned out to be one of the worst I had in India. Our sick daughter had just fallen asleep one evening when all of a sudden music was pumping outside so that the windows vibrated. She wakes up of course.
I run down to the lobby and find out that the manager has arranged a party outside the hotel. He smiles and says it should only last an hour. He doesn't care the least bit about the other guests so they could maximize the profit and the arrogance on his part is total. He then suggests we take another room — it's just as noisy. Then he thinks we can change hotels. He gives nothing (!) to compensate us for our horrible experience when we have to try to put our daughter to sleep for several more hours.
I can also mention the horribly noisy restaurant where they play country music all the time, that the TV and freezer didn't work or that it was zero value for money but that's rubbish in context. It is the arrogance in front of one's sick children that lingers.

Pleasant stay at Hotel C7

It was pleasant stay at hotel C7. We visited with our family. Hotel staff was really nice and supportive. Nice view from hotel. Food was great. It's most reachable to town yet not noisy. Thank you C7 for making our visit memorable.
