1.Outdated and Worn Down : While the hotel looks good in pictures, it is very old and desperately in need of a significant renovation.
2.Broken Amenities: The floor in my room was damaged (photo attached), and the bathtub was broken, leading to water leaks. I had to refill the tub repeatedly, which was inconvenient.
3.Overpriced for the Quality : This is not a 5-star hotel by any means. Given the nightly room rate, I expected a much better experience. At best, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel.
4. Missing Essentials : There was no mini refrigerator in the room, which is a basic amenity in most 5-star hotels.
5. Overpriced Food Policy : Guests are not allowed to bring outside food, forcing you to rely on the hotel’s overpriced dining options. I spent $150 for just two nights.
6. Water Policy : The hotel provides refillable water in jars, but if you want sealed bottled water, it comes at an extra cost.
7. Slow Service : I waited 50 minutes for room service, which was far from acceptable.
Overall, this hotel fails to deliver on its promise of luxury and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

For 12000 INR per night its a sacrilege.
Only saving grace was the food.
