I was there for sort business trip I found hotel on perfect place heart of the city and room are really good I love hospitality provided by hotel staff and one more thing need to add that test of food YUMMY.

Don’t waste money and time

Worst,pathetic…can go on and on room and bathroom have damp no proper cleaning of room water leaking from bathroom no maintenance of hotel no proper staff to respond to in room service they forgot to provide basic spoons and forks when we order food

Business trip Traveller

I was staying in property for two nights on a room and breakfast package. I was in Bilaspur for a business meeting. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The staff are courteous and always ready to help. The property is 15 min drive from the railway station. They have a lovely terrace restaurant with a swimming pool and live cooking. The food was tasty and value for money.
Will definitely come back to stay here on my next trip. The only problem I face in Bilaspur is mosquito, which is a problem all over Bilaspur. It's best to carry your mosquito repellent cream along.

Pathetic hotel

Everything in the hotel stinks, be it corridor, rooms, wash room.
You will find stains everywhere in the room & on bed sheets.
Only thing good about this hotel is it's exterior.
Do not serve breakfast (complimentary) saying there were limited rooms hence we didn't prepared.

Good food....

As I attended my friends wedding in aug 9 2020 Food was awesome specially I liked the biryani was lajwab. Deserts were very tasty. Beautiful ambience and all the food was being prepared and the food comes from chef’s kitchen is excellent and delicious. We rather met the chef , Chef Kamal who was very helpful and knows the taste of the people who come to dine.The ambience was poor as the banquet function table and chairs were dirty. Rooms were not properly cleaned.
