Good

The stay at hotel City Star was amazing. My family enjoyed comfortable stay at this good property. Best part is that it is very near to Taj mahal. I would recommend everyone to visit this property. Supportive staff and excellent. Special thanks GM Gaurav sharma

Pathetic leaser owner of the hotel and unhygienic room

The AC is turned off by the current hotel lease owner at his will. He wants to save money on AC. Only provide 1 towel per room even if a couple is staying. Do not stay in this hotel. The hotel operator is very short tempered and arrogant person and does not listen to the guests. The bathroom is dirty with no hygiene at all. The flush does not work. If you ask them to get things in order then the hotel operator creates a scene. If you want to make your stay in Agra a terrible person, then stay in this hotel.
