Excellent location and great view

The location is great. Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. We had a lake view room which was great although the room is basic and the bathroom even more. Stunning view of the lake and the sun rise over the volcanos. We ate once at the restaurant and the food was good. However the menu was focused on burgers and pizzas so we didn’t return. We mainly ate at Idea Connection which we can’t recommend more -great food, friendly staff and nice ambiance. Excellent laundry nearby. The staff at the hotel were polite and answered questions but not exactly friendly - no ”Buena Dias” or ”Have a great day”. We told them three times that the WiFi didn’t work but nothing happened so we used our own the whole time. Would return!

IDEAL IF YOU'RE LIKE ME AND DON'T LIKE PARTYING, NOISE OR DRUNK!!

I think for the location, how big, clean and nice the hotel and how quiet it is, the price is pretty fair. I stayed in a bunk room and it was spacious enough to even have a desk with chair and a floor fan, although the room is quite cool at night (I went in September). The wooden furniture in the bathroom where the mirror was found it amazing to put creams, medicines, toothpastes and so on. The bed is comfortable (maybe you could change the mattress now, but nothing serious), the kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything you could need if you like to cook. The terrace has a beautiful view and the breakfast in the restaurant is delicious, apart from the girl who served me was super cute and kind to me, although I arrived when they were about to close. There are kittens everywhere and it's a super plus for me, but if you're allergic or flat out you don't like them, maybe look elsewhere. It is a bit secluded from the village and the first few times it is quite confusing to get to because there are many alleys, but all of San Pedro (and Guate in general) is extremely friendly and without problems you will be guided. Still, there are shops and restaurants nearby and you're away from all the partying and noise, which if you're like me, it's gonna be a blessing. They rent you super cheap kayaks and are super patient and flexible with the time. Daniel, the owner, is quite friendly and answers emails very quickly! The only bad thing (and not so bad) is that the receptionist in the morning is quite surly and rude, without reaching the rude. He just doesn't feel nice. Outside of that, I would stay without hesitation! Thank you:)

I don't recommend it. To improve.

I don't recommend it, it needs improvement. Small room, not very clean, during my stay there was no hot water. There is no lift so your luggage must be carried by hand and no one will help you.

Very good and great location

Very good hotel, the views of the lake are magnificent. Beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs.
The rooms are good, not great luxury but here luxury is the view. Good restaurant on the top floor, very practical for those who don't want to go into the hustle and bustle of the city. Very good address.

Ideally well placed. Perfect.

Perfectly located hotel in San Pédro. Once the boat has dropped you off, take a tuk tuk to arrive at the 20 GTQ hotel. Very nice home. Breathtaking view of the lake. Provision of filtered water. We organized all our excursions with the Escobar Shuttle & Tours agency in Antigua. Magnificent city. In summary, very nice hotel. Very good restaurant on the roof top.
