We enjoyed stayingnat this hotel very much! The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable! Plus, the hotel was very close to the city center, so to everything! Our room was on the first floor and the other people coming into the building were extremely loud, which woke us up at all hours of the night. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful!

There was no hot water on the first night, and the front desk is closed in the evening so we had to take shower with cold water. Also, it’s high season but there the front desk is closed at random times during the day. And be careful when asking the front desk to call a taxi for you. They are not legal taxi but more like a friend driving their private car. So they don’t have permit to drop you off at the airport departure gate but a parking lot a few minutes away. Also, the driver has lots of dangerous driving behaviors so be careful.

My son stayed with his cousin. They loved the location and convenience. Could walk everywhere including the Venetian port. Also very spacious.

Get informed before you book!
Unacceptable service and full of unprofessionalism this property is turning customers away simply because they asked for clarification on the negative comments they read on their TripAdvisor page and on their google page. In particular, we asked them for confirmation regarding what we read in the reviews and those with disparaging behavior replied: "Since you trust the internet and we start like this there is no reason to serve you" which I consider very insulting, unprofessional and suspicious. It is certain that before someone visits an accommodation, they will be searched and informed, a fact that bothered the staff so much that they did not even accept us.

For your information before booking this hotel
We were interested in a five-bed room and after a search we found this particular hotel. We contacted them and after our conversation we told them that we would call them back to confirm. After studying reviews on google and on trip advisor we saw many cases of customers who were booked into another room and finally transferred to another upon their arrival. Since we didn't want to reject the hotel because of some bad reviews we contacted them, informed them about the comments we saw and asked if we can somehow ensure that the room we see in the photos will actually be our room. Their answer: "Since we start like this and you trust what you read on the internet, we better not serve you." Good morning !" .
If you don't want your customers to choose your accommodation in the first place to be informed about it by your previous guests, it would be a good idea to deactivate your trip advisor and google reviews account and not reject customers simply because they called you to confirm the reliability of these comments.
Since we are also involved in tourism, we consider it unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
