Terrific Athens Experience
Terrific location. 20 min easy, interesting walk to the Acropolis. Lots of shops and interesting bakeries, restaurants very close. Hotel staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Great breakfast. Great rooftop bar with spectacular view of the Acropolis

lovely hotel
When I first saw the outside (sandwiched between two market stalls) I thought 'Oh sweet Zeus! what have I done?' but once inside I was very happy with everything. ALL the staff were very lovely, kind and helpful. The room was just perfect! Nice bottle of red wine as a welcome gift, the shower was huge!! Its location is perfect for so many of the sites near by, easily in walking distance. some really good shops and places to eat right on my doorstep. When I come back to Athens hopefully I am able to rebook here as I really enjoyed my stay here. couldn't fault a single thing. oh and the view from the roof is just wonderful!

Good
Like close to the center but staying a little far from the area needs to walk is not suitable for late night solo travelers or women solo travelers as a family we went as crowds we were not bothered the heart of the hotel good rooms average you are looking for there are a lot of things in the room we stayed two nights mini bar I don't think there was no sewage in the room there was nothing but a safe in the room I stayed quiet. There are fruit paintings like the manav shop outside the hotel very meaningless and ridiculous we have no other space for smoking there is no terrace like the garden Tsar but after 8 pm they close so you were smoking outside outside the door there is not very clear outside the midnight there is a space like flea market outside the hotel and very smells reception was very caring staff and breakfast was very good you can go according to your conditions I shared my own experiences and observations in detail

The hotel area is not dangerous, and you did not have any such experience. It may be dark after the market is closed, but not more dangerous than any other place in the center. In addition it is located only 300 meters from Monastiraki main square.
It a pity you did not notice the safe box inside the cupboard and the mini fridge beneath the television.
The hotel is strictly non smoking as does not offer rooms with balcony.

Stay in Athens
The hotel has a very strategic location being just a few meters from Monastiraki Square. The rooms are very clean. An additional plus is the availability of receptionists, friendly and ready to meet every need. Advice!

We would love to come back
The hotel is super central and you can quickly get anywhere. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and for 1 week vacation also large enough. The roof terrace is really nice and you have a great view of the Acropolis.
For a short break I would book the Central Square Hotel anytime again.
