DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

We got to Kumasi very late and all the popular hotels were booked. A family member recommended Noble house hotel to us and I wish they hadn't. The owners apparently don't know what bleach is. The sheets were dirty, towels had brown streaks on them and the bathroom was so dirty. The people at the front desk don't know how to say hello to customers or smile to make up for the horrible rooms they are giving to customers.
If you ever arrive in Kumasi and don't have a place to stay, sleep in your car or sleep outside. It's better than risking an infection by staying at Noble House.

I wanted to like this hotel

The hotel was slightly disappointing. I have eaten there on a previous occasion and the restaurant is pretty good. But staying as a guest in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are spacious however the bathrooms need a complete renovation. The air conditioning in the room barely manage to keep the room cool yet slightly stuffy. Although the televisions in the room only have a few channels the biggest problem is the Wi-Fi in the hotel. The Wi-Fi is very weak and spotty at the best of times. During my weeklong stay the Wi-Fi cut out several times each and every day. The main restaurant is the best aspect of the hotel. The food is good and the portions are very large. The breakfast needs more variety. Service at the hotel is nice. The staff is helpful and professional. I really wanted to like this hotel. But the bathrooms and the Wi-Fi problems need to be addressed immediately before I would consider staying again.

Decent Hotel

The double room was relatively clean. The customer service was good. The tap in the sink didn't work properly. Air Con worked. In comparison to other options available in kumasi it is a choice I would recommend. Breakfast is served for free

Excellent local hotel in Kumasi

I had previously reviewed this hotel under the category of restaurants but then saw the hotel category after submitting my review. I stayed here with 11 people in January 2017. From the outside the hotel is unassuming, but inside the hotel is quite nice: the rooms are large, clean, come equipped with good air-conditioning units, and have wifi. The dining room that serves dinner is excellent with Chinese and Indian cuisine. Our group had been in West Africa for almost 18 nights, and had sampled the delicious local cuisine. Everyone in our group including the guide from West Africa thoroughly enjoyed the Indian and Chinese cuisine. The breakfast choices were simple: fruit, toast and eggs but the service was excellent. All in all, a very nice stay at this hotel.
