This hotel was very close to everything. It seems they had just renovated so everything looked really good and was in working order. I had a pleasurable stay and would stay here again.

Business trip for a group

Positive Aspects:
✅ Cleanliness: The rooms and hotel were well-maintained.
✅ Staff: Polite and helpful.
✅ Breakfast: Delicious with a good variety of options.
The hotel failed to properly allocate twin rooms, instead prioritizing earlier arrivals and assigning rooms based on availability at check-in. This crucial detail was never explained to me, nor was there any indication that "twin rooms upon request" meant they were not guaranteed. Quite opposite I was assured that the rooms that I booked are TWIN and we ended up spending 7 days in DBL rooms.
Issue: Despite explicitly booking twin rooms, there was a significant issue upon check-in.

Very satisfied

the stay was very good, what bothers me personally is that there are no ‘smoking rooms’ or rooms with balcony but otherwise the hotel is very nice
have also been there 3 times and will book it again if we should be in Nuremberg

There was no bar fridge in room. The hotel restaurant only served breakfast. The bar was not open at all during our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating
