Perfect stay
Everything was perfect as always. Endorsing and competent staff. Following the customer file, my daughter immediately got gluten-free food. We no longer needed to ask.
And the Augusta suite just beautiful we had following an upgrade. Great!

An ideal hotel for a stopover
We often use the hotel as a stopover and have never been disappointed. The rooms are well equipped, there is a great wellness area and excellent cuisine. And last but not least, the possibility to charge your electric vehicle (free of charge)

Wonderful boutique next to River Marina
Wonderful boutique hotel right at the Mosel River and close to some lovely little river marinas. Super friendly check in, comfortable room (except for the “bathtub shower” :-)). Excellent restaurant and an amazing indoor pool and spa area with a “panorama sauna” overlooking the neighborhood, a great steam room. It’s a little outside of Koblenz proper, but with good weather, one can have a great hike down to the Deutsches Eck and downtown. Really enjoyable stay.

Delightful hotel
We found it a lovely hotel. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Lovely quiet air conditioning. Very nice night lighting if you have to go to the toilet at night. And also important two excellent restaurants. Super dog friendly hotel.

Wonderful in every respect
In this five week trip we stayed in 21 hotels in 21 different places, and along with the Hotel Des Indes in Den Hague and Martin’s Klooster in Leuven, this was our favorite. A modern building right on the Moselle River on the opposite bank of Koblenz. We had the Augusta Suite on the top floor with a lovely view of the Moselle from our large balcony. The suite is large and beautiful with a spacious living room, dining room, bedroom and two bathrooms, all beautifully appointed . Lying on the king size bed I spotted a trapdoor in the ceiling in front of the bed and wondered if it was a TV, and sure enough found a button, the trapdoor slowly revolved down and a large TV slid down - ingenious these Germans! There are also two huge TV’s in the living and dining rooms. We had a delicious dinner on the patio by the river and at a very reasonable price given the quality of this place. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, not just in variety but quality and our fried eggs were the absolute best we have ever had anywhere. The staff everywhere are great and so well trained. Our only regret was that we stayed just two nights as we had a reservation in another town.
