Very good hotel

Easily accessible, nice house, clean room, cozy bar, friendly staff, very good bar team.
It is already well before ten o’clock to clear the breakfast, which is disturbing.
The bar is very cozy and has excellent service.

BUON HOTEL

This large hotel, I assume recently built, is located in the central area of Karlsruhe. Large entrance that connects with a very well-appointed bar area, which I assume is also used by non-guests of the hotel, given the size and especially the huge choice of alcohol in particular an endless list of gin. The hotel, probably due to the large number of rooms, is equipped with 4 elevators, which avoid long waits at peak times. Small but clean rooms, no minibar, tv with only one Italian channel (usually not even that) small safe, no USB sockets now widespread. Clean bathroom without accessories except liquid soap and hairdryer, missing bidet (it's a classic) but nice and practical shower.
It can be annoying that a fireplace with burning wood appears on the TV screen, which can be eliminated by turning off the screen but reappears, it seems, every time you return to the room. The only aspect that may not be particularly welcome is the area dedicated to breakfast, the bar, both for the type of furniture, not really the top for eating, and for the fact that at peak times it is difficult to find a place, the offer is still wide apart from the absence of the usual scrambled eggs, only boiled, and bacon.Ottimi small butter croissants
Last note: under the hotel there is a practical paid parking with direct access, unfortunately it is small so it fills up quickly.

Everything is fine

Good location and friendly staff. Hotel modern and well equipped.
Room not huge but with everything you need and clean.
Breakfast good with Motel One Standard. Sausage rather moderate - fruit salad fresh and good. Overall recommended

Simple and new, not bad at all.

The hotel is brand new and nicely located, allowing to easily visit the city by foot. The rooms are very (very!) small and thus not very convenient but the bedding is good and soundproofing was pretty efficient. Wifi is excellent and there is a nice bar in the lobby. A good choice for a short stay at a quite reasonable price. Note that the parking is conveniently located below the hotel but is expensive. The nearby public parking is 5 minutes away and half the price.

Great hotel for short break or short trip

Nice hotel, good location. Everything within walking distance.
Great service, with short wait at reception was served water directly.
Staff were extremely friendly, very accommodating. Whether the cleaning service or reception, all very polite.
At breakfast very attentive, nice and nice. All food and drinks organic, for 16,90€ very good!
Mattress quite hard, two pillows per person in bed.
