An agreement marked by great hospitality

The arrival here at the house was already so touching and loving, we thank you with all our hearts and are looking forward to enjoying your stay here. Thank you for welcoming the guest here as one. The house is always worth a visit.

Apart from the location is unfortunately nothing but excellent to rate

Unfriendly and uncommitted staff with language barriers, cold room, cool spa area, mold in the joints of the shower, broken chairs on the balcony... and yet the view was unique, the breakfast was very good and the underground parking was acceptable (for a small vehicle).

Great place, is absolutely recommended

Great, modern hotel with nice rooms, very nice and always helpful staff and a super great breakfast. We did not like the completely overpriced parking fee of 17.50€. That's pretty cheeky. The spa area was also nice and modern. Only it takes a lot of getting used to that he and the swimming pool are in the basement of the hotel, where of course there is no daylight.

Very satisfied except for small things

We were very pleased with the hotel and surroundings, check-in went smoothly.
What was a little overpriced is the underground car park with 17.50
The room was very nice and clean.
There's a little thing to complain about, and that's the pillows, they have so tubers lying down. The staff was very friendly.
The drinks at dinner, you had to pay yourself, which is not bad, but you have to explain it to the guest before, because we went out so, which was very embarrassing for us, because the service staff came after us.
Otherwise, everything was fine.
One should also consider the concerns of small things that the guest lists

Lovely hotel (modern) on Uferpromenade- we splurged extra for ocean view and it was worth it- very supportive and kind staff, nice pool, delicious fod (with vegetarian options- could have more)
