One of the loveliest boutique hotels I’ve stayed in.

My husband and I spent two nights (this week) at the lovely Rafaela Hotel Heidelberg. This is a true gem and we highly recommend. The staff are super friendly, the location is perfect (we walked to restaurants, markets, the Castle in Old Town), the rooms are clean, the breakfast is tremendous. Look no further!

great place

This hotel was a great place to stay in Heidelberg. It’s clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old City and historical sites. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and they speak English, which made things easier. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful private hotel, highly recommended!

Quiet, private boutique hotel; very cozy, well maintained, modern, top clean, close to the old town; very nice well maintained rooms, nice breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, easy access to university clinics.
