The balcony overlooking the river was a beautiful setting, and there is a wonderful walking path along the river with easy access.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Good location, easy check

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. Location is good but there was no parking available when we got there (I was unaware of a required reservation) We were lucky and got a park close by.
The room was hot and we had to have the windows closed due to the street noise and the overly friendly pigeons. There were two fans - one didn’t work.
The shower was nice but I had to use the nozzle to clean off something on the tiles that I didn’t want to look too closely at. We stayed one of our two booked nights and chose to leave … especially when I realized the scuffed walls were dirty with what looked like an old sneeze on part of our wall. This is the first hotel I’ve ever left and obviously I do not recommend it.

Staff was very helpful and place was nice clean and conveniently located near Christmas marketing with parking. Would stay again.
