Checkin was friendly but very slow - considering it was all pre-booked and pre-paid.
Checkout we were ignored entirely in favour of phone calls and gave up in the end. Luckily receipts are available on email

Horrible hotel

I am writing on behalf of 2 members of my team who stayed here this week and had a horrible experience. Please stay away from this hotel with unpleasant people and unpleasant service rooms were not clean at all. I have stayed in other Moxy hotel they were good this one is a disaster

Nice but that's all

The room is nice but there is no closet, no fridge, no kettle or anything at all. Forced to leave his suitcase on the floor for 3 days. Cleaning is only done from 4 nights.
My worst experience is that we were told that on January 1st we could breakfast until 11am and when we arrived at 10:15 it was already closed. The boy refused to give us even a piece of bread and charged a coffee 4.50€. He was very unpleasant at the age of 20 and as we had to drive back to Paris (7 hours drive) and everything was closed, I found it lamentable. I won’t come back when I have family in the neighborhood.

Friendly service, spacious rooms

We came for two nights to this modern hotel in Darmstadt.
All service personnel was very friendly and helpful.
Checking in and out was easy, especially with the use of the Bonvoy app.
Our room (628) had enough space for us and a small dog.

Unprofessional reception + insult

Unfortunately, the limit of my company credit card was reached. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was insulted loudly "when they don't have money." Simple solution would have been to issue cost coverage with a picture of the private credit card (which was at home with the woman). Receptionist was verbose, rude, arrogant and untrained. Slept the night in the car. Had important customer appointment in the morning
