Swabian hospitality in perfection

Very nice typical Swabian hotel/restaurant.
Nice and clean room with modern bathroom. Ample towels are provided.
The breakfast buffet is lovingly designed and leaves nothing to be desired! Vegan can also be found.
The restaurant is recommended as well as the hotel. We had an all-round perfect meal.
Particularly noteworthy are extremely friendly and helpful staff.
We will definitely come back!

Great hotel could use minor improvements.

The rooms were really nice. They are quite restrictive towards giving drinking water. The breakfast options are quite limited. They only have one person who knows how to do the billing which is a drawback. A few more trained people would be better and helpful. Their restaurant is amazing. The asparagus soup was a stunner. Overall I would say other than minor topics, the hotel is good and comfortable.

Very good!

Lovely quiet and clean hotel. Restaurant and breakfast are also delicious. Buy a lot from local entrepreneurs so everything is fresh as much as possible. The rooms are modern, clean and tidy with good working air conditioning.
We were passing through Italy, and stayed here for two days, of which the 2nd day for castle hohenzollern (also recommended) the center is otherwise not very large or interesting.
The hotel itself is an absolute must!

Arrive, feel good ... our energy charging station in Albstadt

A great and well-kept facade greeted us (in rainy weather) in Albstadt Ebingen, but we were able to get into the building (almost) dry from the gated parking lot at the back. The reception and greeting were friendly and informative (information about the building, the immediate surroundings, etc.). Our room was bright, clean and tastefully furnished, the beds well-kept. The view of the inner courtyard/parking lot is of course not the number one photo motif, but the night was free of disturbing background noise. In the evening, in addition to hearty, regional dishes, we were also able to try fine variations of regional products in "fresh" dishes. Only the ventilation of the very busy restaurant was slightly weak... A great and lovingly prepared breakfast buffet opened the day, an attentive team created a "pampering feeling". We enjoyed being guests here, are proud of the "Oxford German" that was certified to us... and VERY much hope that the excellent craftsmanship of the chefs here is not "destroyed" by the many cost drivers with 19% VAT...

Cosy hotel, friendly staff

Nice little hotel in a historic building; very centrally located. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very friendl1y, thoughtful and accommodating staff. Upon request good vegan options available for breakfast. (Only negative points were the fans in the bathroom and the toilet that did not switch off and hummed faintly all night long, and that there was not kettle in the room.)
