Beautiful and very professional.

We preferred to take away food for Christmas Eve. Top menu. Citrus scallop tartar, extra rossini-style doe cobblestone with pan-agricultural portion, Arctic charr saffron butter and vegetables that stand out... a traditional Christmas dessert. What a wonder for a cheap meal to celebrate Christmas with the family without being too much in the kitchen. It's up for renewal. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the preparation and thank you to the Boss for his welcome.

So disappointing

Poor value for money. Too large a price gap with rooms that do not have at all the same standings. Rotten rooms are more expensive than decent rooms.Tip: Deny rooms 316-317-318-319 which are terrible!

Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire, les retours de nos clients sont importants pour nous permettre d’améliorer nos prestations. Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions. Tous nos clients présents la même nuit que vous étaient à la même fête. Certains ont réservé leur chambre avec une offre Black Friday, d'autres avec offre différente, sur janvier quand d'autres personnes ont choisi un prix remboursable pour une totale possibilité d'annulation. Raisons pour lesquelles les prix sont différents.
Il y a également 3 catégories de chambres dans notre hôtel à savoir standard, confort et supérieure. Chacun pouvant faire son choix. Le vôtre s'était porté sur la catégorie standard. Si vous avez estimé que votre chambre était, je vous cite, "pourrie", pourquoi ne l'avez-vous pas tout simplement dit dès votre arrivée, quand nous vous avons accompagnés, comme nous le faisons pour tous nos clients, jusqu'à votre chambre ?
Pour parfaite information, vous mentionnez la chambre 316, en travaux à la date de votre venue. Pas de lavabo, pas de douche, pas de radiateur, pas de lit, absolument vide pour rénovation totale et par conséquent pas louée. Vous n'avez pas pu la voir.
Nos chambres sont, nous l'espérons, très détaillées sur notre site internet. Le conseil à donner est de ne pas hésiter à contacter les hôteliers en cas de doute. Nous sommes toujours ravis de pouvoir échanger avec nos clients afin de leur proposer la chambre qui correspondra à leurs attentes et besoins.
Nous sommes désolés que notre prestation n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos exigences.

A NICE ADDRESS

Small stopover in this very friendly hotel. Welcome back. A very nice room upstairs.
Dinner on the terrace that allowed us to enjoy the setting.
Two delicious salads with seasonal vegetables.
Breakfast with great diversity

Great location

Our room was quite small and up on the top level in the rafters. However it was very quiet and comfortable. The food was very good for both dinner and breakfast.
Location is excellent looking across the square with a fountain in the middle, surrounding streets werrebvery historic.
