A high quality hotel restaurant

I stayed in the hotel restaurant from September 2023 to June 2024, at the rate of 3 to 6 nights per month on average. The Brit Hotel Kerotel team is very professional and attentive to its guests. During the period, I was never disappointed. Everything was perfect: from the cleanliness of the rooms, with an impeccable mattress quality, to the welcome and availability of the team members, to the meals eaten in the restaurant that are really quality!
I highly recommend whether for a business or family stay. I'll be back as soon as I get to the Lorient area.

Sorry but apart from breakfast which is good enough! The rest is not at all worthy of a Pension where we paid more than 160€ per night including breakfast! Photos in support! Shower no curtain making you soak the whole bathroom holding bar rusty!! The room. Wrong TV wires lying beneath! Baseboards rooms flaking! Worn and dirty carpet! View on a garbage can!! Bed too hard! Anyway frankly review your star crytheres because there it is not worth them at all! Sorry we won't be back

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous tenons à préciser que la douche sans rideau dont vous montrez la photo est une douche PMR donc conçue pour être accessible en fauteuil roulant afin de faciliter son utilisation. Cependant, nous comprenons que cela puisse ne pas convenir à tous. En effet, la télévision était mal positionnée et les fils traînaient, nous allons nous assurer que notre équipe de nettoyage fasse attention à ces détails lors des prochaines interventions. Vous avez remarqué des taches sur la moquette, taches de javel, ce qui n est pas synonyme de saleté. Toutefois nous comprenons qu'elles peuvent nuire à l'esthétique de la chambre.Il est dommage que vous n'ayez pas partagées vos remarques avec notre équipe, car nous aurions été ravis de vous aider et de résoudre certains des problèmes signalés.

Excellent value for money. Fitness room. Breakfast buffet

Good price. Fitness room. 2 treadmills, 1 rowing machine, 1 elliptical, 1 sitting bike. Internet ok and especially uninterrupted. Breakfast in savory or sweet buffet, from 6:30. Restaura in the evening on weekdays. Bar. Shops nearby. Lidl, fast food, decathlon, action... downtown 30 min walk. Rexel for professionals 5 min walk. Perfect for me
