It’s also wonderful to know you found our rooms comfortable and spacious, and that our central location was convenient for exploring Prague.
We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues with the floors, as this is not the standard we aim to uphold. We will make sure to address this with our housekeeping team to ensure better cleanliness in the future.
Regarding the terrace, we’re happy to inform you that it is open during the day, but it is closed at 10 pm to help maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests.

Excellent 4 night stay.
Staff were very friendly and happy to assist with anything.
Breakfast was plenty to get you full for the day ahead.
If you’ve not been to Prague before (we hadn’t) it’s worthwhile having some change for toilets in the city as bars and premises are quite strong against letting you use facilities other wise.
Fabulous time here as we are both about to head to the airport now, would highly recommend. ❤️
