A busy hotel but offering a friendly and efficient service. Rooms are modern, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries and fresh fruit. Overall, a good value for money option

My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!)
Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech.

Great hotel and price was reasonable. Not so far from the city centre and very near to metro station. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and all the stuffs are there in the room. Also the room was very spacious with extra couch which is rare in this price point. The breakfast was also great which was included. Overall a great hotel to stay with reasonable price.

Location is quite good to get train to city center around 25 min. But if you drive with the car, the parking cost a lot, that’s horrible

I stayed here during my five-day trip to Prague. The hotel’s location is very close to the underground railway station, and you can reach the city center quickly by the train. The room was bright, clean, and most importantly, very quiet. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would choose this place again for my next visit.
