Beautiful couple's holiday, in great location.

The structure is well presented, located in a side street, quiet and although nearby there is the fire station and opposite there is a pub / restaurant frequented by locals, we had no disturbances. The area is just outside the center, accessible both on foot and by public transport from the stops 150 meters away; nearby shops of all kinds and fast food.
The room (Classic) of basic size but comfortable and elegant. Great bed and pillows provided, I did not test the air conditioner as it was not necessary but I used the bathroom table warmer; the TV remote control was missing and for this, the next morning I was proposed to change the room, but I did without having no need, also lacked a blackout Dashboard of the window curtain of the small compartment where there is the closet that let light pass even if not directly towards the bed.
Large bathroom, equipped with bidet and large shower with shower head and shower, very efficient.
Receptionists available, especially Silvia, Italian, very kind.

Terrible

The worst experience of our lives. My sister and I were accused of stealing the large tv in the room with no evidence and no photos or proof of any kind and demanded us to pay 600 Euros in compensation. We had our large backpacks with us and caught an Uber directly out front of hotel to go to the train station. If we did steal it then he would have proof of this. Got harassed by hotel receptionist and reported to the police & booking apparently. Do not trust them!!!!!

Centrally located nice hotel

Very pleasant hotel with nice service. A bit noisy from the street, pub across the street. Centrally located, coffee available for free, refrigerator in room. Pillows, however, I found very uncomfortable and hard. Renovated bathroom.

Comfortable stay in good location, after initial problems

This was a good location for us, near several useful tram lines and in walking distance of the National Museum and Wenceslas Square - though, as we there in the recent torrential rains, we got soaked whenever we went out!
As others have said, initially getting into the hotel can be difficult - we were lucky as someone was coming out and let us in. The keypad codes for the front and bedroom doors worked well though were small and at rather a low level. The hotel is in 2 buildings across an internal courtyard. There are lifts, though some floors mean going up or down stairs to reach the lift.
We had several initial problems with our room which took 24 hours to sort out - a/c not working and a radiator stuck on high, fridge light blinking all night and bedside light not functioning. At the second attempt the handyman resolved all of these, and we were then very comfortable, though the mattress and pillows were rather robust!
We did have difficulty contacting Reception - we used the given message service about the problems (there is no phone in the rooms) only to be told by a young male receptionist that he had been too busy to read the messages in 7 hours! He then gave us a different mobile number and we rang, rather than messaged, it to ask for the issues to be resolved. The efficient young Chinese woman then arrived with the handyman!
We were surprised that there were only Czech language TV programmes, especially given that we were in the capital city. As the wifi was good, this was not a great issue but we would have liked to watch an odd programme in English.

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Prague!

Only booked a stay at this hotel! We got a very spacious room! We slept with 3 people in a room and the extra bed was also very spacious. The hotel was also very centrally located so everything in Prague was easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The only comment we have is that the room could be just a little tidier.
