Unforgettable experience

I know the luxury hotel sector very well and have said that I have been marveled by the whole hotel in general. Large, spacious room taking care of the smallest detail, sheets, towels and bathrobes of great quality, king size bed, Apple tv. But especially the humane treatment and the attitude of the employees, was excellent. I would like to thank the whole front office department, the concierge Henry, room cleaning service and of course, the hotel director Jan Korta, for making my first stay in this wonderful city such as Prague and the fantastic Aria hotel unforgettable.

The front desk staff was exceedingly rude and unhelpful, won’t come back again.
The staff at Coda was wonderful and the hotel itself was great.

Amazing hotel- front desk staff not pleasant

Our stay would have been perfect if we didn’t have to interact with the front desk staff- very rude and unhelpful and won’t return to Aria because is them. However the location and the actual hotel itself is incredible.
The hotel itself is spectacular and the restaurant Coda is amazing, the art was so beautiful.

Amazing stay, check in was very quick and was given our room earlier than the check in time, a beautiful room with a fruit platter and bottle of wine on arrival, the room was nice and warm and very clean and spacious,
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, I have a dairy allergy and was pleased to see soya milk at the breakfast table, it’s hard to find in lots of hotels so this was nice to see,
Would highly recommend, the only negative thing was that we only stayed for 1 night. Wish we stayed longer!

This was my third stay in Aria. Perfect for being close to everything and quiet at the same time. It feels like coming home to me. I will be back again.❤️
