It's overall a good hotel in a superb location - in the heart of Zagreb. The room was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable.

Hot and sweaty

Avoid. If you enjoy sweating while in your room, you will enjoy this hotel. Per strict rules they do not activate the Air Conditioning in April, even if the rooms are hot. No matter the weather…maybe a heat spell. No AC, period. And some staff are emphatic but unable to turn on AC. Rules are rules!

A pleasant stay in Zagreb

This is a centrally located hotel of a high standard . The personal are accomodating overall and very helpful . I had originally booked another hotel but decided that my original booking was not ideal and had insufficient days booked for my trip to Zagreb . Walked into Hotel Dubrovnik and was greeted by Ana . She organised another booking immediately as a walk in guest . The rooms are of a high standard and the inclusive breakfast is good

The breakfast is amazing and the Hotel location is great. Little noice if you get a street front room.

Polite friendly and quick checkin process. Nice spacious clean room. The location is the best. In the middle of everything. Walking distance to most spots. The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a makeover. But for a short, relatively inexpensive stay, was great.
