I wouldn't come back. Bad service. You have nothing special to make you want to go back.

From the beginning ..." we do not accept Card" only transfer, which in full 2025 is somewhat absurd. They ask that the total be paid before arriving to confirm the reservation. They do not allow payment on arrival or by card. The hotel is quite boring and away from the city. It offers no added value. It would be nice for who just wants to sleep a couple of nights and now. Not much opr to do near the hotel. He knows it's rest but he's very bored. There is no soft music even in the social pool area or in the dining room. Several of the snacks we ordered were with long-overdue dates and when we told the manager she did not give any solution but accepted with a very bad gesture. The service is not very good because they are just never available, if something is needed you have to find the people of the hotel (even to open the vehicle door). We ordered coffees that never arrived. Breakfast is always the same, the breakfast arepa was hard as if it had time to be made just like bread (American breakfast option but vary carbohydrate). The fruit is a very small portion and it is evident that they do not cut it fresh but perhaps leave it already cut with a lot of time and the juice bring it sitting, it is evident that it is not fresh. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious but the TV besides being very small did not work, it was disconfigured and we were not fixed. The cleaning person asked us if "we were going to need to get our room fixed"... question I think there's plenty of. It is a hotel that is not "bad" but definitely would not return, you do not see life in it or desire on part of the staff to provide a good service.

Poor care and has deteriorated everything quite a bit

I stayed for the new year and it was a very bad experience. I visited the hotel over 5 years ago and it was the worst time with the new admon. The power went out before the new year and therefore the water pump was not working. The administrator didn't give us any kind of attention or solution, the customer service was terrible, they don't make toilets every day, the breakfast is measured, you literally notice that they don't want to spend on an extra red or an extra bread. In the rooms they didn't fill the soap in the bathroom, basic things they pay for. The pool was not cleaned every day either. In conclusion spend that money elsewhere and save yourself a hard time.
