Room Service
When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by Johanna Lopez who was very helpful and kind towards me. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cartagena Colombia. Johanna Lopez Took the time and patience to make sure my stay at the hotel was one to remember.

An odyssey
It was a very nice experience, it is my first time in Cartagena and sincerely exceeded my expectations, the treatment by the staff was spectacular, the eggs, the toast in the restaurant, the waiters were very good, the rooftop pool is a beauty the view it has is too nice, although the room I notice it a little small and the ac has sometimes tends to fail but the staff is always with you in every situation helping you, I mention the reception boy called Juan, met us at the door, helped us with the check in and then helped us with the luggage with the best possible attitude, an example of dedication and better than that an excellent person, I was delighted with the hotel, I will be back!!

THE BEST HOTEL IN CARTAGENA!!
It’s a very modern and welcoming hotel — I wish I could have stayed longer. The food was wonderful, and the staff even more so!
Many thanks to everyone who welcomed us during our stay Liz greeted us with a smile at the front desk, the security guard at the entrance, and the guys at the lobby bar.

10 out of 10 experience| Would Recommend Every time!
OSH set the tone of excellence even before our arrival. I spent a few days here with family, friends and my partner and the staff was extremely accommodating. From arranging hotel shuttles prior to the start of our trip, to organizing birthday surprises and unexpected turns in our trip (flight related), the staff was extremely solution oriented, personable and caring. There were so many encounters that naming everyone would be extensive, but Lis at the front desk, Wilmer in guest services, H with the wait staff, and Alexandra on the reservations team were my most consistent and direct points of contact, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Please do bear in mind that there were so many more members of staff that took the time to know, and support us during our stay, and they also deserve the recognition.
OSH felt exactly like a home, it was cozy, safe, aesthetically pleasing and the atmosphere was always lively. You can tell how much they care about maintenance of the hotels aesthetic, and cleanliness whilst also executing on a fully well rounded experience for their guests. They pay attention to detail. This was most of our first time in Cartagena and it set the tone for a newly found love here.
The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes (give or take) from the airport and central to so many culinary experiences. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Cool Place
I love this hotel! really modern rooms and the vibe is awesome. The pool is really cool place to chill out. They also have a rooftop with good music. The cocktails are really nice as well. Great place to be with friends and family. The only thing i didnt like was they close the bar a little bit early.
