服务特别特别好，无论是停车场的大叔，还是前台的帅哥，或者是房间打扫的阿姨，都给人宾至如归的亲切感。酒店停车场比较大，还有专人指挥你倒车停车，自助早餐品类也挺丰富的，每天都吃好饱。唯一的扣分项可能就是硬件比较旧了，床垫太软了些。另外夸一句，淋浴房花洒水压特别足，洗澡太舒服了。

酒店在市中心位置，老牌的四星级酒店，进出很方便，还有地下停车场适合自驾游，酒店的服务非常好，一到酒店前台的小高美女就热情的接待了我们，给我们升级了房间，还热情的给我们找行李车装行李送到房间，酒店的管理人员和服务人员见到我们都非常热情客气，特别是酒店服务管家王艳的服务特别暖心，不仅房间卫生打扫非常干净，见我们年纪大，给我们准备了润肺的冰糖水，还非常人性化的准备了凉衣架和按摩锤，让我们感觉回到家一样，给王艳点赞，酒店的早餐中西结合非常丰富，给客人提供了非常好的生活享受，总之这家酒店非常好，下次有机会我还会住这家酒店。

这家酒店地理位置优越，离河北省博物院不远。服务人员热情周到，特别是客服人员给我调整房间，让我们感到特别的贴心。房屋设施完善，住的舒适。早餐特别丰富，真不愧是四星级酒店。另外，酒店还提供行政酒廊欢乐下午茶自助。客人可以凭房卡去顶层享受喝咖啡和茶等，服务人员很周到我们感到非常开心。希望大家来入住哟。

先说结论，综合体验绝对物超所值，无愧于四星。【房间】面积挺大，分区合理，装修风格不突兀，干净整洁。【服务】住店客人可上28楼喝免费的咖啡和茶饮，还有小食；电梯间可自取瓶装水，大气；工作人员服务态度好，遇见都主动打招呼。【位置】在市中心，离地铁站近，旁边有知名连锁餐饮。【停车】有地上及地下停车场，专人引导，不愁没地方停。
