The hotel is quite well maintained although the carpet is old. Facilities are adequate and daily room service provided. Towels, used disposables are changed daily and bottled water, tea are replaced. Room is big, air cond, hot water, water pressure all good. Bed is comfortable and linens clean. Location opposite hospital and near West Lake. Food available in surrounding. The local buffet breakfast, though simple, is adequate and healthy. The girls manning the front desk are sweet, polite and helpful. For the price we pay, this is an excellent hotel. However, we didn't like the light smell of second hand smoke in the room as smokers are permitted to smoke.

The attitude of the reception staff is extremely bad. Room is acceptable. No amenity is expected so no complaints

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The service attitude of the front desk is commendable, the room is comfortable, the mattress, pillow and quilt are all good, the heating is also good, the toilet and bathroom are good. The disadvantages are: 1. The sound insulation is average, 2. There is always a vibrating sound at night (there may be a live sound field behind the TV). I am sensitive to sound so I can't sleep all the time. Overall it is recommended

Near Fei Goe Park, free parking, clean and comfortable, rich and diverse breakfast, quiet in the middle of the noise, this is not the first time I have stayed here, and I will choose this place in the future; I especially recommend that the tide dishes in the lobby are very authentic and delicious, with good quality and low price. I ate three meals in a row.
